Responsibilities

The Digital Banking Implementation Supervisor oversees all Digital Banking products from origination through implementation, testing and troubleshooting of issues escalated by other areas of digital banking, customer care, the branch system or commercial lending/sales as well as the implementation staff. The Implementations Supervisor is expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Digital Banking products, services and systems.  Scope of responsibility includes products and services including supporting all related Corporate Cash Management customer digital banking needs.  

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 8 years of Digital Banking, and/or electronic banking experience.
  • 5 years of implementing all types of treasury/corporate cash management products within Digital Banking.
  • 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Subject matter expert (SME) for Digital Banking products, services and systems.
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of all Digital Banking products and services offered by EagleBank.
  • Proven understanding of the technical aspects of Cash Management and Treasury products and services.
  • Understanding of NACHA rules.
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking to include effective time management.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills. Proficient in Word and Excel (including ability to create analytical spreadsheets, charts, and graphs).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and customer initiatives with varying timelines and deadlines.

 

 

Preferences:

  • Associates degree.
  • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and/or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP)
  • QuickBooks and/or Direct Connect knowledge.
  • Exposure to FIS business (D1) and consumer (D1 Flex) products.
  • Knowledge of data transmission connectivity.
