The minimum and maximum projected hourly pay for this position is: $21.59 to $31.07.   

 

We understand the need to be creative and flexible when it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Rockville, MD office four days per week.

Responsibilities

The Consumer Loan Assistant provides quality service to internal and external clients through effective and professional written and verbal communication. The successful candidate will resolve service issues by maintaining a working knowledge of bank products and services while referring more complex requests to appropriate colleagues or departments. This role requires compliance with policies, procedures, rules and regulations.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in consumer lending
  • Familiarity with all Consumer lending, compliance, and regulations.
  • Lending and Banking system experience
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal and Organization skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office; Excel, Encompass, and Outlook.
