The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $69,807 to $110,222 additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.
We understand the need to be creative and flexible when it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work program which allows employees to work remotely one day a week. This position will need to be flexible with which day is remote depending on the training schedule. Wednesdays are consistently in the office. The primary work location in the Silver Spring, MD office with travel to other EagleBank locations for meetings and training sessions.
The Organizational Development Facilitator designs, develops and delivers a variety of learning and management development programs throughout the Bank with support from the VP Manager of Training & Organizational Development. This individual establishes credibility with employees at all levels and works with them individually and in groups to develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities that will make them and the organization successful. The focus of facilitation will be leadership training and skills enhancements for people leaders. Facilitation will include in person and virtual learning followed by measuring the impact of organizational development and training initiatives on job performance, organizational efficiency, employee retention, job satisfaction and return on investment.
