The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $100,691 to $167,817. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.

Responsibilities

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. This individual collaborates with cross-functional teams and provide actionable insights to optimize financial performance and support key decision-making. This position reports to the Treasurer and works closely Senior Staff to support the overall strategies and goals of EagleBank.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in relevant fields such as Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or related discipline.
  • 7 years experience working in financial planning and analysis, including managerial roles and executive or board level presentations.
  • Ability to align financial planning strategies with overall business goals.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights to senior leaders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to senior leaders.
  • Understanding of market trends and market research to best uncover the potential impact on financial performance.
  • Strong knowledge of banking as it pertains to performance metrics, regulatory metrics and peer analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of bank financial statements



Preferences:

  • Experience in financial services or regulated industry
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
