The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $121,701.00 to $208,630.80. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.

Responsibilities

The Loan Servicing and Operations Manager plays a critical role in advancing the Bank's broader strategic goals including digital transformation, customer experience excellence, and risk modernization. This leader ensures operational effectiveness, manages risk, and influences continuous improvement by driving innovation and leading change across loan servicing and operations functions.

 

As a senior leader in Operations, you will play a critical role in advancing our mission by ensuring excellence in service delivery, process improvement, and risk management. Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 10 years commercial and consumer loan servicing experience with a strong emphasis on commercial operations
  • 7 years of leadership with direct responsibility for team development, cross-functional influence, and driving change initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational transformation, modernize legacy systems, and champion innovation.
  • Experience with audit processes, quality control, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and risk remediation.
  • Advanced knowledge of credit, banking, loan operations/documentation, and the associated operational risks
  • Knowledge of commercial, construction, real estate, and consumer loan products and processing
  • Thorough understanding of banking policies and procedures and applicable regulations
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to carry out instructions, and instruct others, train personnel, read analyze and interpret documents
  • Ability to plan Department activities, set objectives, develop strategies, budgeting, delegating, motivating, and directing employees to the desired outcome
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
