The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $78,092.00 to $124,947.60. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Strategy Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting EagleBank's brand and business objectives through the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. This position requires a detail-oriented and creative professional who can manage multiple projects across various marketing channels while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, compliance teams, and external partners.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, analytics/performance tracking, website content management, project management, and/or other relevant experience
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders of varying departments, skillsets, and levels.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Experience in digital marketing tactics such as social media management, SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to measure performance and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and compliance processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, must be able to use PowerPoint
  • Advanced Familiarity with Adobe
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong communications skills
