The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $67,482.00 to $105,166.80. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.

 

We understand the need to be creative and flexible when it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Silver Spring, MD office four days per week.

Responsibilities

The Deposit Services Analyst is responsible for evaluating deposit operations process and making recommendations on ways to overcome challenges and meet department goals. Responsible for all duties associated with the daily functions and process within the Deposit Services Department. Maintains an in-depth knowledge of banking products and services.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree (AA) Accounting, Business, Finance or another related field
  • 7 years direct deposit operations experience
  • Knowledge and proficiency in core banking system experience; FIS/ Integrated Banking System (IBS) strongly preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Banking Systems, Operations and Accounting practices with emphasis on Deposits, New Accounts, Fees and Charges, preferably within FIS environment
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work swiftly and accurately
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Ability to think proactively, handle multiple tasks, and work independently
  • Proficiency in basic software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of deposit products and/or services offered by the bank
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Accounting, Business, Finance or another related field
